Garden Goods Rebate $200
Have a great garden and a $200 rebate.
It’s important to keep much needed moisture in your soil or pot plants by keeping up the mulch. Soil preparation such as applying wetting agents is also important. Make sure you remove weeds regularly as they compete for water in your garden.
Receive 50% of the cost of eligible water efficient garden goods, including Smart WaterMark efficient sprinklers, when you spend a minimum of $100 through to a spend of $400.
The maximum rebate available is $200 for the 2011-12 year.
Waterwise garden goods include:
Smart Approved WaterMark efficient sprinklers (from 1 December 2010)
Rainwater diverters
Organic mulch or compost
Soils and loams containing organic matter or soil wetting agents
Tap timers
Soil moisture sensors or rain sensors
Soil wetting agents
Outdoor compost bins
Irrigation system controllers
Drip watering system components
Smart Approved WaterMark products designed to concentrate water at the root base for plants and trees

One rebate per property per financial year. Please note if a rebate less than $200 has already been claimed during the 2011-12 financial year, a further rebate balance payment can be claimed to the maximum of $200 with the provision of an additional application and supporting receipts.
