A mixture of Sandy loam, Organic Compost, Gypsum, Propagating Sand, Potting Mix and a dark loam, we prepare this loam for people wanting to grow lawns and plants. It is also used as a clay additive, it is often mixed into clay by hand (the hard way) or with a rotary hoe.
